Fidelity posted their average sale prices for October 2024. Some of these seem much lower than average list prices on dvcforless.com

Looks like good data to me! Poly in the $150s, but after dues announce I would not be shocked to see Nov and Dec data in the $140s with some unicorn buyers in the $130s. Riv $119.44 sounds about right, under $120, everything else looks great SSR $85-100, GF in the $150s, Copper low $130s, BLT $95 <--that most be a big contract outlier, but low $120s sounds about right. AUL $91-103, AKL $94-105. Some good ranges.....can't wait for dues annoucement and to see the fresh contracts out there COMING SOON

It makes sense to me that their average sold price would be lower than average list prices because it’s the appropriately, competitively priced listings that actually sell (plus negotiated discounts)— but honestly, honestly honestly, some of those prices look even lower than the average were seeing on the ROFR thread (looking at you giant BLT contracts, and maybe VGC as well).

They need to bake the point charts into these rankings. It would change a bit.

Yep, big time, Riviera would definitely not be that high (or VGF & Poly).. but i get why they don't, it would be really hard to compare different room types, different views, different seasons, etc. So people just have to add that part on their own to figure out what's best for them.

If we can get a really quick turnaround from the title co and the owners there's a tiny chance I'll have these points before the 12/9 and can use them for a stay I already have booked so I don't have to deal with the hassle of renting them out somewhere.

Very good. I tried for a 50 point SSR at that price (more stripped) and was turned down!
