Just had the email to say passed and closing docs received! I’m right in saying we should hold off wiring money until it’s confirmed sellers have sent closing docs back, yeah?

ohh after resale when you buy direct you will be floored at how seamless and easy buying direct is. Buying and seeing points in your member dashboard same day is amazing. Expensive but amazing

I'm jealous! My company has been trying to reduce travel expenses so I've flown a bit less this year. Might only end up as Platinum.

Wowser, is that the lowest HH resale of recent many years? Wasn’t too long ago HH was $70-80s and holding strong. But it’s dropped like avalanche.

Wow, that's down around initial sales price, isn't it? If you're buying from the original owners, they got all those years for the cost of dues (ignoring inflation, of course).

I will say, the fact that my CCV resale contract has a slightly delayed closing (seller can close end of August), combined with the fact that I don't need the points loaded right away, makes my first ROFR process not stressful at all. I'm like, I'm sure Disney will decline, and it will be well in advance of when the seller can actually close.
