Unfortunately on day 30 I reached out for an update and was told that the seller had an issue with their name, so they needed to submit a document to DVC. We submitted to rofr on 7/19, but the name issue wasn’t discovered by DVC until 8/9 when they were processing it. The document was finally received 8/13. The broker had no idea, as the seller submitted everything to them with the same name (so maybe they changed the membership but not the deed? I’m not sure). Thankfully, our broker and the admin team have been so wonderful, just waiting for it to be completed. I’m sure we will pass, we purchased 100 points at Poly for $175/pt. I can’t see that being taken. Definitely getting impatient though, we have 2 trips coming up and also wanted to buy in as members when Poly sales resume if it’s a nice deal. So fingers crossed this closes quickly at least!

Fabulous contract. Well done!

IMO, All of the money going into Magic Kingdom and the additional strain on the transportation system of PolyT are going to make BLT’s walk even more desirable.

If they get the remodel right…. with those room sizes and views….huge upside potential.

Oh bummer I guess Disney puts you inline with the folks submitting on 8/13, but at least 3 week mark is coming up next week.

Thanks! That was some of my thought process with it as well. We rented points to stay at BLT a number of years ago and the location is impossible to beat.
