We PASSED ROFR today! I'm mentally spent and amazed after all of the contracts taken this week. Didn't seem to matter stripped or not a few days ago.

Ok so here we go again..... The wife pushed me into going AKL vs SSR this time... We both are animal lovers, the little longer contract was nice, plus everyone says SSR/OKW have alot of availability during the non peak season which is when I travel mostly so why not have a home elsewhere for when I want peak season.... Plus it seems AKL is very untouched via ROFR lately.... Fingers crossed...

It is most likely that they needed that unit number and/or that exact UY and number of points. I think you will be super happy with AKV though !

Congrats! At least someone passed... I think the lack of current year points made a difference.. The other one with no current year points passed... My contract had a full load coming for 2016..... Oh well, fingers crossed for my new AKL offer......

Congrats on passing. That was a very stressful wait when we went through it. It does seem to be a weird random process. Good luck with the remainder.

Yes they assigned another member ID. When I was checking my planned vacations, my new membership showed with nothing planned. I panicked a little since we have a large trip planned on our original membership. It took a second to realize the new membership was showing. It seems to be fairly simple to switch/view them both.

Took 15 days, but I see the new Member ID # in our account. Soooo excited!

After losing out to Disney in ROFR we put in another bid, and booked a cash trip in June. Maybe we will be there for closing LOL. Not being able to book for a while through DVC made us swallow the hook.
