Good luck! I remember when we were going through that part not that long ago. Kept checking the email to see if the broker sent anything and looking to see if anything had been taken. Hope it goes smoothly for you.

So an update on my contract - buyer's closing docs were in last week - 3/14/2016 - and sellers documents just got back today - 3/21/2016. Waiting for the close to be official and the deed sent to Disney. I'm told I can expect roughly two weeks from tomorrow for Disney to transfer the contract to me and mail out my member packet. As of today, I'm 61 days post contract sent to Disney for ROFR.

Thanks for that update and timeline. I guess sellers sometimes take longer to return docs? At least from what I'm seeing. But congratulations!
