Chewey--$87-$23120-250-SSR-Feb-205/15,250/16,250/17-Sent 12/30-Passed 1/5

Sent out for estoppel on 1/5.:-)

To all my fellow ROFR stalkers, I contacted my realtor today to check in and found out I passed ROFR on 5 January. I was bummed I was not notified but glad to hear I passed and my 10 day window for estoppel is today. So I'm hoping to hear back from the title company relatively soon. I'm not holding my breath as "Hayesdvc" has been waiting 21 days for estoppel.

congrats! so you passed ROFR in 6 days? is that uncommon (I'm new here)?

This is our first time purchasing so we are new as well. If you go and look at the past ROFR threads (Which were done quarterly) you will see all the stats that people have kept. Which I greatly appreciate. So seeing from what they have tracked no it was not normal to get the quick turn arounds in 6 days. Looks like starting in late October early November of 2015 Disney started with some quick turn arounds. I unfortunately was delayed on being notified on mine. So the best advice I can give is keep a quick weekly contact with your broker and watch this thread for movement on ROFR. Best of luck and I hope you pass and whiz through ROFR.:shamrock:

ROFR is exhausting lol. I called the broker today just checking in to make sure she didn't receive word yet. I know it's only been 2 weeks but it feels like forever. Disney wants me to sweat it out!

6 days is amazing. 2 weeks and counting for ROFR. Trying not to call the broker. . .

I've only been waiting two days, and I think I might die. :D
Lol - I remember that for our first contract and back then they would take the full 30 days. Lately they have been moving at a much faster pace. Although obviously not for all. I had a contract taken in 10 days in December - at least they didn't wait 30 to tell me. :)

Yes 6 days is amazing but I was in agony for 21 days for lack of notification. Once again glad it passed and hope the rest of the process goes smooth. I hope everyone waiting for ROFR get notified in a timely manner.

Good luck to everyone going through ROFR! I'll be stalking this thread while I wait for my sellers to (finally :crazy2:) return their contract so I can join you too!

EDIT: They must have heard me because 5 mins after I posted this I was notified that we're in ROFR! Here's our info:

I wonder if we will get the ROFR results back the same day? Seems like we should

I was selling an OKW contract and Disney just took it in ROFR (and they took the full 30 days before taking it). The details are:

POTC---$69-230-OKW (non-extended)-June-0/15, 0/16, 230/17- sent December 22, taken January 21

My first attempt was taken on day 29 back in October, but the second time I passed ! The great thing is there are plenty of contracts out there for your purchase and most likely you will find an even better one than the one you lost. IMO, my contract that Disney passed is much better than the one they took so outside of the time lost, long term I will come out better. Good Luck Round 2 !
