Duncan Title. I just got a call from them verifying they received our check and papers. She said she contacted the owners who have an appointment with the notary tomorrow morning and they are overnighting their docs. Should be there Wed, and Duncan said they will get it to the country to be recorded Thursday or Friday and off to Disney next week!

Yes, and thank you for that ! Only add MF if you are paying it at closing though.
