ROFR Thread January to March 2016 *PLEASE USE NEW THREAD*

For those who (like myself) that are waiting on the estoppel information, *** emailed me today advising they currently continue to receive few estoppels back from Disney. They are waiting on estoppels on files that ROFR were waived as far back as 12/23.

My first attempt was taken on day 29 back in October, but the second time I passed ! The great thing is there are plenty of contracts out there for your purchase and most likely you will find an even better one than the one you lost. IMO, my contract that Disney passed is much better than the one they took so outside of the time lost, long term I will come out better. Good Luck Round 2 !

I can finally post - just notified that our contract was sent to Disney today!!! Fingers crossed this goes through, it's our first DVC purchase! °o°

Yes, I completely understand that typing this post took about ten times longer than fixing your entries, but I am trying to make sure people who are posting after you understand that it has to be formatted correctly .

Sorry, I fixed it- I'm having a weird issue where I can't cut and paste within a post anymore and that has made it trickier to add and move items in the main post. Doing it with my iPad has garnered mixed results

Thank you! She is the best dog, we love our labs! And it pains me to have to leave her home on our trips, but she gets a vacation too, right?!?
