We passed with 200 SSR points in Dec at $80 pp. only 29 2015 points left though. Who's paying the 2016 dues? That'll factor in as well.

Best of luck! You do have the advantage of historical low ROFR activity around this time of year, so fingers crossed !

$120 per point? I'm shocked the seller would accept that. Good luck on ROFR, I think you'll need it! That's a $50pp gap, since DVC sells them for $170 right now.

I would definitely be more surprised if it passes than if it doesn't. Offer was at asking, so be shocked that the seller was badly informed on the market!

Maybe the seller is in arrears and wants Disney to ROFR? Good job finding that one. I'm a little jealous, but I'll be positively green if you pass ROFR!

Best of luck! The small contracts are always at a premium, but you are still saving a bunch over direct .
