That's awful! Did the broker tell you why there was such a delay? Sometimes it can be extended holidays. We had one where the sellers didn't return their closing documents for a month, so I completely understand your frustration.

Got an email on 12/23 saying paperwork to be returned on 12/27. They live in NC. Clearly not that long to get to FL. I bet it wasn't even sent by a trackable method. We at day 19 from time paperwork was emailed to everyone (12/18). We were away for the weekend and sent ours out on Monday and it was received on Tuesday 12/22.

The broker did ask them yesterday for an update.

Not that we have been rejected for ROFR but Disney wants the contract updated to show the correct point allocation. It was actually 35/2014, 160/2015, 200/2016 instead of 195/2015. They got back in less than a week to the broker with that info. Hopefully can get the addendum put in the contract and back to them today. Hoping for the best!
