Update: We passed ROFR today! I'm so incredibly excited! Now, we wait for closing and most importantly wait for our points to load! We are running in the Food & Wine races in the fall, and we currently have a studio booked at the GF. We really want a one bedroom (didn't have enough points to book a one bedroom at GF), so I can't wait to try to book a one bedroom at BW! Keeping fingers crossed that there will still be availability when our points are loaded.

Does anyone have a sense of how long closing and points loading might take? We are already DVC direct owners...I don't know if that makes a difference?
