Yeah, the internal transfer counting as your 1 really limits things. They can always revert to limiting banked and transferred points too.

Multiple UYs that cannot stand up as independent on their own is the juice that isn’t worth the squeeze.

As I start my third year of membership, with (cringe) 4 UYs, I still think having 2 to 3 UYs is good (for people who routinely stay at different resorts that require home resorts advantage)— but I really wish I didn’t have VGF in two separate UYs— unfortunately, I don’t think I can sell the Jun UY to match my Oct UY without a pretty heavy penalty.

Hey that's a great contract you have, fully loaded! I've done much worse previously, (see 2nd akv contract )

I was super worried and started tracking SSR sales since they offered the direct incentive and sales are so slow thank God, more days than not having zero, that you got this!

Saw this one pop up in the evening and put an offer in right away. It was already gone from the broker site when I checked early the next morning so figured someone must have bid above asking. Got the broker email a couple hours later asking if we wanted to make any changes to the offer. I'm sure I could've haggled on the extra fee or pro-rated dues but it's such a good price and I figured there were other offers so kept as is. We beat out 10 other offers..... then had to call the husband at work and tell him we were buying more points

We're happy, the kids are happy, and it's still a really good price compared to what I've seen on the aggregator site the last several months.

Now off to ROFR. This is the first time since we started buying in 2023 that I'm truly nervous
