I disagree. The worst part for me is the waiting to see if my contract passes ROFR ,during which time you see so many great contracts become available but you are in limbo.

Congratulations! It gives me hope. Although with the death at the GF they want people to still keep coming so they may not exercise their option on ROFR. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I wasn't 100% confident it would pass either, but since we were not in a big hurry, it seemed too good of a deal to at least not try. Now I am quite pleased we did.
