Congrats!! More than twice the points :) I'm at 21 days and counting so a few of the contracts are still heading toward 30 day mark

My first one took 32 days. Didn't really bug me too much to be honest but DW drove me nuts over it. :mic:

Usually they decide within 30 days though.

They're suddenly interested in AKV after almost never buying those back. I guess they're trying to keep the prices up. Sorry, @snowpeasugarleaf! Just send another and you'll get it :)

EDIT: And sorry you couldn't fit your whole username in the box! I'll have to extend that a little so that doesn't happen to others (or for your next contract :D)

Its my fault, I tried for SSR first then they went on a run of buying those back, so I moved onto AKV, now they want those.

I'm certainly on edge after seeing this trend too. I'm at the two week mark today. My friends all like to say there's bad luck and then there's my luck. Lay off AKV mouse!

Oh yes, definitely a huge mistake, trying to buy into the resorts you want and at the best price possible! What were you thinking? ;)

They don't buy back that many even thought it seems that way. Just keep submitting offers and you'll get one. No worries! (or should I say, Hakuna Makata? :lmao: I kiiiiiid... I kiiiiiiiiiiid!)

ROFR Tool Updates - 4/11/2017
  • Fixed a bug where Internet Explorer users could indicate seller paying closing costs and not leave a comment
  • Increased username field length to 25 characters (which matches the DIS limit)
  • Changed input field font to be more readable
  • Adding a little color - purple input text and blue highlighting to make it easier to see which line you're on.

Not terribly exciting, but it's something, right? As always, please post or PM me if you have any issues with it. The colors are subject to change at any time :rainbow:

TexasChick123---$130-$21425-160-VGF-Feb-0/16, 10/17, 160/18, 160/19-separate 100pt and 60pt contracts- sent 3/29, passed 4/11

Whoo Hoo! We added on to our VGF points. It is actually 2 contracts owned by the same seller; one 60 pt. contract and one 100 pt. contract. I didn't know how that should be formatted. The closing costs are the same because it is the same seller. We wanted to add on two smaller contracts in the event we ever want to sell them. $130pp on a 60 pt. and 100pt. mostly stripped VGF contract isn't amazing, but we will take it. We've been looking for something like this with Feb UY for months now, so we took it. Harder to find the smaller Feb. contracts than I would've thought for VGF. :) Pretty happy with this one!

Edited for formatting

That's good for VGF. It's hard to find what you really want there.

EDIT: Can you post the contracts separately? (I wouldn't bother mentioning MFs on 10 points.)

Thanks. :) How do I list the total for each contract since it includes the closing costs which are combined for both contracts? Unique situation. ;)

Can't separate it then I guess.
