Congrats to all who have passed in the last few days. Those ROFRs are coming back lightning quick... quicker than I have even seen in my 1 1/2 years of watching this thread. Wonder what changed?

Wow! I was shocked, At first I thought you had passed ROFR at $60 pp! I was really going to be bummed as I am going through it at a lot higher!

Just read on another board that an AKV contract was ROFRed at $83. PP . It wasnt even loaded !

I thought I was overpaying at $80. for a loaded AKV !!!

Thanks again to everyone for there input. Over the last few weeks I read and learned invaluable information provided by the board. It has lead me to finally come to an agreement on a SRS resale. Hoping it passes ROFR.

I thought I was overpaying at $80. for a loaded AKV !!!

Wow! Although I've read that there are more factors than just price that affects ROFR. Something about Unit numbers on the contracts being important. The only two contracts on SSR that were ROFR'd on this thread sold for much higher than most that I've been seeing pass. I worry about our contract passing too. But if it doesn't, I'll just pick another.

Nice. There are times when I'm running numbers that I wish I'd have bid in a 200 pt contract.
