Rise of the Resistance BOARDING GROUPS Superthread Part 2 *No Ride Spoilers Please* *PLEASE READ POSTS 1-3*

Highest bg number I've seen on social media so far is 68, with an estimated wait time of 360 minutes (6 hours). I'm assuming this is close to the highest for the morning distribution since that takes us to 1pm.

I saw 74 from someone I follow on Instagram with the 369 estimate.

Not sure what time group 5 was called at, but group 5 is the first group of the day. They’ve currently called groups 5 - 15.

Thanks Dina! I thought the park wasn't opening until 9? Did they open early?
The gates opened just before 8. They seem to be following the wdw model of the gates opening early and preloading the queues. At DHS if the park opens at 9, the gates usually open at 8/8:15 and the rides start operating at 8:30 including calling the first groups for rotr if it’s not on a delay.

Well that's going to throw off the math :)

I'm guessing based on your info that they distributed 75 in the AM. We'll see what we see at noon. Off to a great start!

Tomorrow it should have your tickets auto selected. The system typically has the ticket with the appropriate park pass/admission media selected when you go to join.
What if you have multiple tickets that are appropriate? I have two sets of one-day tickets in my app. I’m really worried that I’m going to miss out by having to select the correct tickets. Should I delete my second set from my app prior to trying for a group?

Looks like they got to group 53 by noon. I saw boarding groups were available for 35-40 seconds, but I was just refreshing the page. When I decided to click back, then forward the join was gone, so not sure if they were really active that long.

In theory, it should only select the actual eligible tickets - the ones with the appropriate park reservation attached (ie, the ones that Disney would accept as your admission that day). I wouldn't consider your second set to be "appropriate" in this case.

Is this due to the reservation? The tickets themselves would be eligible.

My understanding is that the reservation is what makes a ticket eligible. I can't say with 100% certainty, but I believe they attach the reservation to the specific ticket - so only the tickets that correspond to that day's park reservation should be eligible (and checked). So if your second set either doesn't have reservations or has reservations for a completely different day, it should just ignore those.

I think I'm a little confused as to your situation - do you have two sets for the same day at DL, or are they different?

Oh wow, this would be great! I hope this is the case!

Saw on Twitter that someone got 75 at the noon drop, so morning was 5-74. Still looking for the high number for the noon distribution.

I got locked out after about a minute, so they did seem to last longer.

We totally spaced and forgot at 7 for a BG. Got back up 121 at noon. We just rode!!! Ahhhh!!! It was awesome!! A bit different than wdw!!
That's exciting that 1. You got a 1pm bg, 2. The ride is doing so well that 3. You were able to ride tonight!

Yay! Hopefully the rest of the day has been just as fantastic.
