I rode it yesterday afternoon after a 75 minute wait. Only two cars were running. The keypad selector and the music were both out of order on my car. I had to settle for hearing ZZ Top from the seat next to me.
The Good:
Great view, good drops, good music (what I could hear of it), plenty of misting fans in the line, plenty of variety to the ride portions, can't wait to see it running at night.
The Bad:
Queue was too loud over a long wait (poor team member directing traffic on the platform was hoarse from trying to be heard over the noise), banged my head multiple times on one portion of the ride, the ride itself was a bit of a letdown.
Overall, it was decent, but Goliath at Six Flags over Georgia is a FAR SUPERIOR example of a large coaster. It has incredible air time and is the closest thing to flying I have ever experienced.
As posted elsewhere, Universal is treating this as a fully opened ride. The billboards have been updated to say Now Open. The ride is listed on directions boards and wait time lists in the park.
