My parents and I saw him up in Lake Tahoe years ago, it was so much fun. We sat right up front and wondered why they supplied us with rain ponchos, lol. Just needed showers when we got home to rinse out any stray watermelon-sledge-o-matic! Rest in peace.

I watched his stuff a lot in the 80's and 90's when I was growing up, definitely a unique type of comedian, RIP

I saw him live and just loved him. His watermelon bit was most well known but his sense of humor and interesting observations were the best. This is really sad.
