What a devastating loss! I feel so bad for you!We don't get to go to a Disney store very often. The closest one is an hour away, but everytime we go to that town, we always go to the store. You are right. It is a little taste of Disney at home. I always get that warm fuzzy feeling when I'm in there. We may go there in the next few weekends. If so, I'll take a few pictures for you. That's the best I can do to ease your pain.
There is also a Disney Store in Myrtle Beach that we visit when we are on vacation. We might get to go there in June. I actually think they have 2 stores there. But I like your solution. Just go to WDW more often!
We will be happy to enjoy your Disney Store visits with you now. We always tried to take pictures to show for those who didn't have stores nearby, and now we'll just have to rely on others for the same thing.
I would love to be able to go to WDW 4 times a year. My perfect thing, without it being too much, would be a spring trip, a summer trip, an October trip, and either a Thanksgiving or Christmas (but not both) trip.
Look at the cute Disney dolls I added to my signature.them!!!!
Very cute. You have been DIS busy today, haven't you?

Thanks for the Disney shopping trip! Sorry that you are losing your stores, but I do like your solution!
The girls looked like they enjoyed that shopping and eating! The spring clothes looked adorable, did you take anything home?
How fun to see a monkey at the mall!
Jill bought some things. Maybe she will share.
Our food was good. Jill got Monterey chicken, and I got a grilled chicken sandwich. I used a coupon one of my students had gotten me for Christmas, so that was extra nice.

Oh good idea!
I'm sorry about your Disney Stores
I'm about to leave the house to go somewhere besides the doctor for the first time in almost a week! I've beenall week, but I'm MUCH better now. I'm heading to my aunt and uncle's house, and I might get to see Caleb! Who just started walking!!! I can't believe it! Kazin's about 2 months older and he hasn't started yet!
Have a good Sunday!
Kids walk at different times. I thought Bella would walk early, since she's so active, but she's taking her own sweet time. Drew was fourteen months old to the day when he walked. He had a lot of ear troubles, and that kept him off balance a lot.
Hope you feel better every day!
Great updates! I was several days behind. I loved the parade pictures, it looks so fun! Glad you were able to spend the day with the girls.
I need to get back to cleaning because we are having people over for a Super Bowl party. GO COLTS!!!!!
Sounds like a fun evening at your house!

Looks like a fun day with the girls! I'm so sorry about your Disney stores. I was at the mall yesterday and went to the Disney store and took pictures to share and then my dd needed my camera for a scavenger hunt bday party! She deleted all my pictures!! Thank goodness the memory card wasn't in there with Disney pictures!
Too funny about Brooklynn's response about going to Disney!
I would cry if someone deleted my Disney pictures before I got them loaded.

The way Brooklynn said it was funny. She was like, "Wellllll, I'm watching a movie right now." It was the same tone of voice you'd use to put someone off for about ten minutes and then you'd get on it.

Thanks for the wonderful parade pics MeMom!! I love the bright colors of it all!!
Glad you could spend the day with your girls but sad about the Disney stores.
It looks like they had some really cute things. The closest one we had (20 min) was small & did not carry a lot of things. It has been closed for over a year now. I do all my Disney shopping online now. (or when we take our trips & buy at Disney).
Brooklynn looked like she was really enjoying the movie & Bella looked like she was loving all the stuffed toys!!
I guess my shopping will be done online now, too. Right now, it is best that I do NO shopping.

That was a very bittersweet update! It was sweet because you got to spend time with your 2 little girls, and again sweet because you were able to go to the Disney store. Then it got sad...starting with saying goodbye to the Disney store, and then saying goodbye to your sweet Brooklynn and Bella. That must not have been a very car ride home.Hopefully you played a Disney CD to cheer you up!
I need to make sure that I do not take my Disney store for granted. As far as I know we will not be losing ours. I was just in there the other day and it just makes me happy being in that store- even if I have nothing to shop for.
Hope you are having a nice Sunday, we are neither Saints nor Colts fans. If we had to choose we would favor the Colts winning as we are NY Giants fans...so we will go with the Manning theme!
I don't care about pro sports period. I think they make far, far too much money for playing a game. That's just my opinion.
I have lots of Disney CD's, but yesterday I had in a gospel hymns CD.

So very, very, very sad that both your Disney stores are closing.Although if it means more Disney trips, it might have a silver lining after all.
Lunch at Chili's sounds delightful! I am so hungry right now perhaps I should go make dinner.
I only wish it meant more Disney trips. What it means is less Disney shopping.

I'm thinking pizza sounds good right now. I don't fix it very often, but sometimes I get a craving for one.
