Ring Carvers - Mexico?

Hello, I'm getting very excited about our upcoming trip to Disney next week! Has anybody noticed if the ring carver is operating in Mexico?

I have never actually noticed this kiosk before but I saw an old post talking about it and thought that it would be a perfect gift idea for my 19 year old who will be travelling with us.
