Rides after dark at AK

All the photos and footage of Expedition Everest and Kilimanjaro Safari after dark looks amazing, but doesn't it get dark pretty late in the summer? If AK closes at 8:00, it seems that it will still be light out.

It will be very light at 8PM in Orlando in the summer.

"Darkness" (dark sky) won't happen until at least 9:00 in the summer.

Just Google for "Sunset Orlando, FL" and you can find out the exact times for any date in the year.

BTW, sundown is not the actual time of darkness.
A truly dark sky happens at what is called, "astronomical twilight."

Astronomical twilight is the earliest time they can begin the night-time shows like Fantasmic! and Wishes (and Rivers of Light... eventually.)
