Rider Switch for 7DMT

The policy on the website has been wrong for many years, don't know why they don't change it...

I've seen that point taken up with Guest Services Supervisors and the printed policy they have in the park is that it's only if the child is too short to ride, and that's the policy they follow. (I've even had a supervisor show me somewhere on the website where it says something like
"These policies may not be accurate or complete" or something like that.

No actually you are wrong. But thank you for psycho analyzing my post. I didn't argue the point with the CM because it wasn't that big of deal and I was unsure at the time. Just like when some of the QS CMs were telling us we couldn't swap out dessert/drinks/sides even though the printed material they gave me clearly said we could. Not everyone is on the same page or maybe they're on a power trip who knows. When I approached her and she told me no, I said fine and made a new plan. But as you can see by Disney's policy stated on their website, she probably should have said YES.View attachment 196445

That info should have been included in your OP then? There are so many posts on the DIS done by people who blame the CMs when they don't get what they want, even when what they want is not WDW policy.

Exactly - the in park policy (the legit one they go by) has always been for riders too short to go on. Thanks for the affirmation.

CMs at attraction, restaurant, etc have the final word. Website often has not been updated and contrary to actual practices. Disney is protected on all fronts with "subject to change." Can it happen, yes. Guaranteed, no.

What two PPs did not mention in their copy and paste is that both the website and app are consistent that 7DMT doesn't even have Rider Switch ... not on the map or on the list.

We've been refused Rider Switch with DS who is tall enough but obviously disabled. He can not sit alone but they have still refused the pass. So I have often not gotten to ride Space Mountain etc.

Note: Rider Switch icon is two parents switching off with small child.
