Fourth - No star 'tude from the man. Very charming, very gracious, and he made a point of congratulating each of the graduates as they walked up to get their diploma. If you had a camera or videocam, you took as many pics as you wanted. He really gave the kids a ceremony that they'll remember for the rest of their lives.
