It's COLD here, today! We've had rain the past couple of days, and I'm hoping for more today (it's lunchtime in 4 mins, so I'll be able to tell when I finally go outside).

It's 57 here in El Segundo where I work, and a little warmer at 59 in Carson, where I live.

We're looking at the mid 60's though, by the end of the week.

I'm with you on the "climate" perspective Bernie! I donned shorts and a t-shirt (won't reveal whether or not a lime green thong was involved) any morning it was over 58 in Florida last week! 60's would DEFINATELY mean "pool" and, possibly, the REVEALING one's "lime green"!

Good afternoon all! I've sent a pm with my guess and hope to have pants before I leave for work in an hour.

I've had a lazy day today. Both kids are home sick, so I didn't have to get up early to get them off, so I've spent the day finishing the book I was reading.

Congrats on your new niece Laura! What a wonderful surprise for your family.

Last night sounds like a great time for Katie and the family, Bernie.

Have a great trip Marsha! Just keep thinking about the wonderful time you'll have once you're there, and the plane ride wil be worth it.

Glad to hear that Meg is better today Steph.

It really is what you're used to, isn't it?? I remember living in California (northern) and feeling very cold when the weather dipped into the 50's.

When the temps struggled into the low 40's here recently, we were out in our t-shirts!

Hey - come to think of it - that was just before I got sick.
