Happy day here! It is now nearly 5:30 and the first log truck surprised us by arriving last night instead of Wednesday!! It will be on site in an hour, so I can't stay to play long today. Since the guy is condemned to death already, I don't care which room he goes to anyway!

'Morning!

Well, our boys' soccer team made it to the state finals! They beat the number 1 team in the state in three consecutive games to get there. They lost in the finals, but had a tremendous run on the way! Congrats to them for a fine year!

Our neighboring school district's (home to ScottWDW) girl's team took home the state title! Congrats to them!

Isn't it great when kids work their hardest and have something to show for it??? Congratulations to all, Bernie!


DS did the swim meet thing on Sunday (travelling in the pouring rain!) He did great! All firsts and one second. What I was happy with, though, is that he really loves the team so far. He seems to fit right in (it was a concern....we switched teams this year and that's always a big transition!)

Also saw Harry Potter yesterday! WHAT FUN! I'm sure all you Potter People on the thread will enjoy it!

We got a dusting of snow overnight and they are calling for squalls by this afternoon. Should be an intersting ride home.

Dennison in Ohio
Washington and Jefferson in Pennsyvania
Hobart/Williams Smith in New York

Early action to three of them. I'm glad this search is over...been a long two years.
