The best money we spent. 
My son-in-law did this in December and he still talks about it. This was his first time in WDW and now he wants to go back. Before, my daughter, granddaughter and I would go and he would stay home. No more. We can't go to Orlando without him now!
The RPDE is right across the road from the Poly. The shuttle is comfortable.
My friend's son-in-law did the ride along. We went to the 1:00 session. We got back to the Poly about 4:30. There is a graduation where they give all of the drivers their certificates with their ride times. Can't miss that!
It was truly a highlight of the trip.
