Has anyone stayed at the Country Inns & Suites at either the International Drive or Lake Buena Vista locations? If so, I would love to hear about your stay there. We'll be staying at the Grand Floridian in February, but we'll be spending a couple of days in Orlando, before we check in there. Any input would be most appreciated! :flower1:

We stayed at the one on Calypso Cay Way and enjoyed our stay. They have a nice pool and of course this chain always has a wonderful complimentary breakfast too. I am in the process of planning our next WDW trip for Oct and this is one of the hotels we are considering again.

We also stayed at the Country Inn and Suites at Calypso Cay and really liked it. Nice accomodations (including micro and frig), nice pools and free cookies! (Pretty much all we ask for in a hotel) It was easy getting to WDW via the Osceola Parkway also (although that is a toll road). I've seen good rates on Hotelmartusa.com lately, that include tax.

Stayed at the one off I Drive about 3 years ago. Clean and comfortable. Good complimentary breakfast. DH and I got upgraded to a suite as our safe didn't work in 2 of the rooms we tried, the fridge and microwave were really handy. We've since stayed at the Crowne Plaza and across the road and do prefer this - great rooms and amazing beds. Last trip we were upgraded to club floor and had the most comfie bed i've ever slept in!

We stayed at the one off I drive about 2 yrs ago and loved it. Awesome price too! We have a 1bed suite and it was worth the $80/night, and the free breakfast really saved us money.

Hey there! We stayed at the one on I-drive a few years back for a night (we arrived a day before our reservations at the All Star was scheduled) and it was quite nice. It was comfortable and clean. Nothing that stood out too much but it was also very nice at the same time. It's definitely a good deal I think! :cool1:

Thank you everyone for responding. I appreciate your input. All I want is a nice clean room and from what everyone has said that would be the case. Plus I got a good price for the rooms at $65 a night. Don't think I can beat that.

Once again, thank you and my husband and I are looking forward to our Disney vacation.

If you do not mind me asking, where did you get the $65 rate for
this hotel in February? We may go down Mardi Gras week, still looking for
a place to stay.

Thanks

I found it on their website. www.countryinns.com The $65 rate was for the International Drive location only and you do have to pay for it in advance. But it is a great rate.
