Day 5 - Tuesday 18th September
Thankfully I was feeling fine today which was good as we had a busy day ahead of us. First off we headed to the Magic Kingdom for breakfast at Crystal Palace. I really enjoyed this, we had a nice server, met all the characters twice (except Pooh, only saw him once) and ate loads so that we wouldn't have to stop for lunch. The food was really nice, good scrambled eggs, but I steered clear of the breakfast lasagne as that looked strange.
After we eaten all that we could we went round to tomorrowland going on all the rides in this area. Went on Stitch for the first time, wasn't sure what to make of that. We went into the Laugh Floor, we'd both been looking forward to seeing this, and I got put up on the big screen and had to tell a knock knock joke! I forgot the joke half way through but was able to end however it wasn't really funny but everyone laughed, whether it was with me or at me is another matter.
Around noon we drove over to the Yacht Club and parked our car there then walked over to Epcot through the International Gateway after we had had a bit of a look around. We made our way to the Rose and Crown via meeting Chip or was it Dale for the DIS meet.
I spotted Natalie so we sat down and chatted the afternoon away about all things Disney. Half way through we had to move inside because of the rain but that was ok. It was really great to meet everyone and a nice relaxing afternoon.
After we went our seperate ways DBF and I headed to Canada to see the film but we didn't have enough time before our ADR so we headed to China where we were eating in the Nine Dragons and watched the China film instead before we went into eat.
After dinner we went to America and saw the show there before heading back to the Yacht Club to meet Natalie again for DBFs first surprise of the holiday, we went on the Illuiminations Cruise with Natalie and her family which was great and our Captain was very friendly and we asked her all sorts of questions. The fireworks were great and in was over all too soon.
Tomorrow: How many times can I ride The Mummy?
