Anyone want a taco stand at the Boardwalk? We donʻt have much fast casual Mexican where I live so itʻs my go-to when I go on vacation. I think there might be a spot at Swolphin.

I don’t know if it goes with the theming…. but sign me up for a taco cart as long as it’s authentic!

I think the thing is they are trying to recreate the NEW JERSEY Boardwalk…. not the Santa Monica one

True. But Boardwalk is supposed to be representative of Atlantic seaboard boardwalks. Pizza, saltwater taffy, popcorn, hot dogs, fries, ice cream. Tacos just don't fit the vibe. But if they want to have food trucks on the boardwalk once a week, I wouldn't object to one with Mexican street foods.

Nope! Any vacant storefronts are quickly occupied by T-shirt shops and tattoo parlors.
