The Boathouse and Ale & Compass are our two favorites that never disappoint. Also, Via Napoli for pizza.

One other, that is now closed, is Mama Melroses. I know it got mixed reviews but we never had a bad meal there.

There's going to be a tons of answers but strike Boma from mine. I ate there once. Never again, That's my home resort too! I know it's not popular opinion. Jiko and Earl I agree with.

Haven't been to Wailulu enough to put it on my personal list but the few times we have it's been pretty stellar. A few more visits and I'll move it up there on the list!

I like the food a lot but I can’t put it on my list in this context due to the drinks. Difficult to get a good cocktail here - small pours, precisely measured ingredients, many very sugary drinks. I know it’s not really meant to be a tiki bar (there’s Tambu Lounge or Trader Sam’s for that), but the drinks and bar service is sort of oddly rigid and uninspired. In my humble opinion. YMMV!

Mama Melrose never disappointed with the atmosphere and decor I'll say that much about it!

I know what you mean about the drinks. Yes I can agree. But that's how I also feel about Geyser Point...food and atmosphere great...drinks feel like out of a canned mix
