What is the tax percentage on meals in the World?

I am working on our dining budget, thanks!

I would guess 6% sales tax and 18% gratuity for parties 8 and more.

We are using TIW, so 18% will be the tip across the board. I was thinking 6.5% for tax.... glad to see we are on the same wavelength

If anyone can confirm, that would be terrif !
