Restaurants added to 2007 dining plan

I have a friend going next month. He was able to book Rainforest Cafe at AK with the dining plan. He was told the one in DD is not participating, but the one at AK is.

As far as I know that is not listed on the options for DDP? Maybe he has the Platinum plan? Or pehaps he booked it but the CM didn't mention that you can't use the DDP credits there?

If it's true than great ... but I don't think it is?
