We've been there for the bathrooms. I think cookies and hot chocolate, but I never really think of it for a real meal. We usually save EPCOT for the evenings as most of our TS meals are there.
We have been there a few times. The food is pretty good but at dinner time it can be super NOISY in there!! Also we seem to always have trouble finding a spot for us to eat because of my wheelchair. It's so tight in there I can only sit at outside tables
I agree--Epcot has so many wonderful choices, I hardly ever eat there. I'd rather have the fish & chips in the UK (the counter service) or a sit down at LeCellier. I only eat quick snacks here.
If I have eaten there it has been a long time ago and don't recall. WDW counter burgers are bad IMO, so would pass on them anywhere.
I have a friend who does like to eat there as they have gluten free buns. But I would have to be desperate to purposely go there. Way too many other better choices.
I have had visiting friends eat there and they remembered the burgers -- and not because they were good. Memorable, but for the wrong reasons.

The fish and chips in Epcot is the one thing I will not eat!! I grew up having the origional Harry Ramsdens as our local fish and chip shop so the Epcot one just doesn't taste the same!
