;I just purchase several restaurant.com $25 certificates for $2 each. Some of the restaurants are Bluezoo, Shula's, Garden Grover, Kimonos, and House of Blues. :cool1:

The coupon code is EASTER and it expires 4/24.
The certificates don't expire and you could use one certificate per restaurant per month.
Even if you don't use it, it's only $2. ;)

Where are all of these restaraunts?

They are all at Swan/Dolphin which is with BC/YC/BW area. House of Blues are located in DTD.

Thanks for clarifying my message above, as I missed that you said you bought HOB certificates as well.

Correct me if I am wrong. We are going in December so they will be no good, right? You stated that they expire on 4/24 or is it the sale price expires

The coupon code "EASTER" (sale price) expires on 4/24. The certificates do not expire.

Thank You...I just got a $50.00 certificate for $4.00. This works out good as we can now use 2 credits from the DP for the Candlelight Processional and eat at House of Blues the other night. What a great deal!

They seem to run the 80% off deal fairly regularly. For my December trip I'm going to wait a while to purchase the certificates in case some of the restaurants stop participating between now and then. But I do think restaurant.com will issue a refund in that case.

Also, be aware of the terms and conditions before purchase. Many have a $$ minimum you must spend before you can use the certificate. Probably won't be an issue at some of the pricey places at Swan and Dolphin.

For example, there is a minimum purchase of $100 to redeem that $50 gift certificate. There would just be two of us in my party and we couldn't order that much food. I'm sure a larger group could. Just read the fine print and make sure it'll work for your group.

Exactly! We are only party of two so $25 cert works really well since our bill sure will be over min $35 or two entrees. However, there is no way we could have bill closer to $100 so $50 cert doesn't work.

I suggest, look at their terms well and menu at allears.net for prices before buying the certificates. They sure do save extra $$ for food but they don't always work for everyone.

It also says the House of Blues certificate is not good for the Gospel Brunch

Garden Grove in the Swan is on there as well (or least used to be). Fine print though is DINNER ONLY. It was nice we used it for a character meal.

Thanks mousegear! I've been a guest on these boards for awhile now and I finally decided to register! I just bought the $25 certificate for $2 at Kimonos Sushi Bar. I was going to buy the Todd English restaurant, too. But sometimes I like a little me time during my Disney stay and you had to buy two entrees from the restaurant to use their certificate.

Yes $11 or 13 which I cannot remember. I would park at Boardwalk and stroll over to Swan/Dolphin to avoid parking fee. ;)

Or I like to visit those restaurants during DHS (which I don't like their TS choices) or Epcot visit since it's nice boatride to Swan/Dolphin as it give good afternoon break.

I really don't think it's right to encourage parking at Boardwalk in order to avoid paying the fee. After having stayed at Boardwalk several times, and not being able to get a parking spot, it's really not fair to those of us paying guests to do this.

Didn't mean to say that break the rules or cause inconveniece to anyone staying at BW. However, we do like to visit Boardwalk at night for nice stroll and atmosphere and last time we went, we were able to park our car to enjoy Boardwalk and decided to eat at Bluezoo for our dinner so it was just a suggestion. :confused3

There is no way to prove that someone is visiting Boardwalk, so if that is what you are doing by visiting the restaurants or shops and walking to the Swolphin hotels, then that would be ok.

But, I have heard and seen guests (on these boards as well), promote parking at the Boardwalk in order to get out of paying the parking fee at those restaurants, and that leads to problems for those of us staying at the hotel.

Tiger :)

I just got these with the 70% off Enjoy code. We are a party of 3 DS will be 10 and I can't justify the dining plan for him/ us....
