Restaurant choices on DDP

We have the ddp for our September trip. These are a few of the places we are planning to eat. We will have 7 TS meals. What do we think about these choices?
BOMA dinner
Steakhouse 71 dinner
Raglan Road dinner
Chefs de France
Homecoming
Skipper’s Canteen
BOMA breakfast

We have been to Disney many times (around 14 trips) so are not worried about taking time to eat a nice meal.

I would opt for breakfast at Topolino’s or Garden Grill over Boma. Or maybe book one of the one credit Fantasmic dining package meals if you plan on seeing that show. I actually really enjoyed my meal at Hollywood and Vine on May 4 last year.
