ressies - how would they handle this?

I'm trying to ensure that my ressies are handled thru CRO and NOT WDTC.

Let's say I call and book room only ressies thru the regular CRO no. Then I call back (to the regular no) and ask for DC discount to be added...

OR...I call the regular CRO no and make ressies, then before I hang up ask if DC discount is available for those dates. Will I be transferred to WDTC...or will CRO just handle it??

We made the regular reservation through CRO and then had to cancel it to have DC discount applied. Because of the discount we also have the less favorable conditions as far as payment is concerned. Once you are with WDTC and another more favorable discount is released then they can just transfer your deposit. Hope this helped.

It depends on if the CM you are talking to is cross trained between CRO, WDTC & DC. They may be able to book any of the 3 for you. But, if you book through CRO, and then want to book a DC discount, your CRO ressie will have to be cancelled and deposit refunded, and then a new deposit taken for the DC ressie. The same holds true if you have a DC ressie and want to switch it to a CRO ressie (when a new code comes out perhaps).
I'm trying to ensure that my ressies are handled thru CRO and NOT WDTC.
If they are handled through CRO you should have 1 night's deposit, balance due at check-in and 5 day cancellation policy. Be sure and ask this before you hang up the phone. ~:D~
