Response time from Dave's Vacation rentals

Does anyone know how long it will take to hear back from Dave's Vacation rentals?
I planning so close, I'm sure there won't be anything but would like to know within a couple of days.

We got a reply within 12 hours. They were really quick. By 48 hours after the initial request, the deal was done.
