Resort to Port Canaveral?

we have a first time cruised booked for 11/13 and paid for ground transfers from MCO to PC. However, we just changed to come two days early so DH could see WDW. My TA is still working on plans but it seems to have messed up transfer to port. We can get ME from MCO to resorts but don't know about resort to Port. If we stay at a moderate we might have to get to WL or somewhere to then catch transfer to port and this seems like too much margin of error to miss boat for my taste. Anybody out there understand how I can get to port from resort, any resort?

If it is a disney cruise you should have no problem getting to the port. if not a disney cruise you might want to consider cancelling your transfers, take me back to airport and rent a car. We drove ourselves twice from disney to port canaveral, I believe it was budget that we used. it is a little over an hour to get there and budget will take you to the ship.
