I changed my July reservation back in early May. I extended it and changed resorts. Never received an email confirmation with the new resort, dates and total.I still haven't gotten an email with an updated confirmation/total for one of my reservations that Disney removed the dining plan from yesterday. Gotta love the inconsistency. It's basically the only consistent thing lately.
Forward to the Great-Resort-and-Parks-Change-of-2020. My reservation was adjusted to take off the Free Dining Plan and apply the 35% off. You would think I would get an updated email confirmation for that? Nope. Noticed it in MDE. Still have not received a confirmation.
But, I have two other reservations in September and December and received email confirmations when they dropped off the Free Dining Plan. Clearly, they have the ability to send email confirmations. Not sure why it doesn't always happen.
