We are a family of 4, me, DH, twin 13 year old DS's. I am wanting to book at the RI maingate and am wondering if my fellow Dis'ers can help me out!:coffee:
We will be travelling on a budget - as most Disney families! I was thinking of booking the 1 bedroom suite - it has 2 queen beds and is going for $179/night. We are hoping to stay for 10 nights thus leading us to nearly $2100 by the time we put in taxes etc.:sad1: My next thought was to get the studio suite for $149/night and using the pullout couch for one boy and perhaps getting an air mattress for the other. Do you think there would be enough room for this or am I trying to get too stretch things too far???:rolleyes1
Any tips would be helpful!! We do have our hearts set on the RI, its just the room configuration and money driving the decisions now!:goodvibes

It would do but a bit cramped. We have booked the Penthouse just because it gives us the room we needed and a full kitchen to reduce the food costs. At the same time the breakfast gets us going and saves us even more.

PS A budget does not mean less expensive, it means a dollar figure that you set to stay within, my budget may be different than yours. Have fun, we love the place.

The sofa is a full sized sleeper. We usually put 2 teens on it. But, no, there is not enough room in the studio for an air mattress. I personally would go with the 1 bedroom. (Currently in the 2 bedroom...)

Thanks Jack! I was hoping you might chime in as I have read your many reviews on the RI and decided to stay here based on alot of the things you said about it!!:) The extra space, the breakfast and kitchen are the main reasons for us as well, my boys can eat ALOT!
And I completely agree about your sentiments on what a budget means! Isn't that the truth!! It all depends on what you want to put your money towards!:thumbsup2

Thanks Malcon :), I am glad to hear that 2 teens can sleep on the sofa sleeper! That made our decision so much easier! And thank you for your many reviews of the RI, so helpful in our decision making process!:yay:
