My answer may be in the handbook. We will be making our first reservation using points. At the 11 month window can you make the reservation 11 months out from the 1st day of your stay or do you have to make it 11 months from your last day there?

You can also make your reservation one day at a time at 11 months from each date. This is not always necessary except during busy seasons or if you are trying to book a GV.
