Reservation Window Opening Time for VIP Tours

Hi, friends!

It is my understanding that the VIP tours open 60+10 days out from check-in if you're on property (?) and regular 60 if you're off property. What time does the window open? Is it a 12:01 or a 7:00 a.m.? I'm assuming that I need to speak to an actual person and that makes it a 7 a.m.? Am I thinking correctly? Thanks!

When we were there in July the reservation window opened 60 days from the day of the tour, and we were staying on property. You definitely need to call as soon as the customer service line opens. In fact, call a day or two before you need to book because there is a recorded message you can bypass if you know how!

When i made my ressies, the line opened at 9:00. You call a dedicated line.

If you are a resort guest it’s 60+10 days now. Must call via phone and line opens at 9:00 am. And yes, do a practice run so you can learn the prompts. I believe you just hit “0” to bypass the extra messages, and get into queue faster. Try to call right at 9:00!
