I have an ADR for 5. My dad isn't going to come after all. Should I call now and change it to 4 or just show up as 4?

Also, it says to show up 20 minutes early. What if we show up 15 minutes late? Not planning on being late but what happens?

of arriving late, Disney generally understands that there are delays and often delays are beyond the control of the guests. Usually arriving fifteen minutes late may cause you to wait a little longer. I use the term usually because in some high demand times this may not be true.

I would try to change my reservations from 5 to 4 if possible. The ones you can't change, just leave them at 5.

We have been late twice to meal reservations. Once, at 50's PTC, they seated us without a problem. Once, at BOMA, they did not. I don't think there is any set policy; it's going to depend on the CMs working, how crowded they are, etc.
