Reservation Drops & Pickups?

We had someone kindly book a reservation for us, can but each time they drop the reservation it does not show that time as available? They are in US and we are in UK if that makes a difference.

We've tried using the app, website and US website (via US VPN) but 15mins later they can still see the time as open but it shows no availability for us?

We are getting desperate and no idea what to do! Ant help or suggestions would be appreciated!

I’m not sure what’s going on but in case you don’t end up getting the ADR, don’t be too upset because most restaurants have last minute open ADRs. Maybe subscribe to one of those ADR finder apps and if all else fails start checking a few days before you want to eat there and check several times daily, most things will open up. We got a last minute CRT breakfast and Ohana dinner for 7 on our most recent trip last minute. Don’t give up hope!
