I wonder that myself. And the price of 0/0/0 is still well beyond reasonable.

I have the Signature card. It does have an annual fee.

Yep on the fee. I plan to finish my last DVC purchase on it this week. When I got the card, it came with a 250 bonus. I figure that 5 years of annual fees. After that, I'm going back to my regular Disney Chase visa with no fee. I figured if I was buying a couple of contracts, then it was worth the double points.
