1) They are all licensed by the State of Florida.
2) They all abide by the same laws.
3) I have bought from two of the four listed.
4) Don't think there is too much difference.

Timeshares are a commodity item.

Given the recent flurry of contracts being bought back by Disney the last few weeks, I'm not sure I would necessarily go "cheapest" -- at least as far as the price per point goes!

Carlos, we've purchased from 2 of the 4 you have listed and would not have hesitated to use the TSS as well if they would have had what we wanted at the time. Although some people have successfully used Reid, this is the reseller that I've heard the most complaints about. Based on personal experience and comments from other posters, he tends to be more "hands off". We recently won a VWL contract through an e-bay auction (still waiting on that darn ROFR!). You can also check the TUG Web site for people selling on their own and www.vacationsonly.com.

We used The Timeshare Store to purchase our VWL contract and everything went very smoothly - no complaints at all. Hope to welcome you home soon!

I contacted three of the mentioned agencies and the one I got the fuzziest feeling from was DVC by Timeshare. Unforunately, she didn't have anything that met my requirements, or I would have been happy working with her. We did go into a contract with a Timeshare Store resale. All our dealings with them were professional, questions answers promptly, and very nice. I would have had no problem completely the transaction, but we pulled out because our add-on came through DVC. They were very professional with us pulling out, even answering questions about when we'd receive our deposit money back, all with a smile! I definately wouldn't hesitate using them again, and seeing they have the most inventory, I probably will. The other two, I only contacted one, and I have to say, I felt brushed off. I did look at the website for the other, and again, their inventory didn't have anything I wanted.
