Requesting 'The Window Table' at CRT

Can you do this?? We'll be doing CRT for dinner on our first night and would naturally love to start our hol off with a bang

If you can ask at the door (armed with ADR of course ) and wait a little longer for one to become available, I wouldnt mind doing that either - if its possible!!

I was fortunate enough to luck into a window table at breakfast at CRT back in November. It certainly wouldn't hurt to ask (especially if you mention that you'll wait) and is worth it IMHO. The view was gorgeous!

We got a window table at lunch last month, but the place was packed. I was very pleased and surprised. I think a lot of it had to do with the fact that we are 3, and the table is situated kind of oddly. The CMs kept coming over to make sure all the characters had been to our table.

Last fall we had the first seating (noon) ADR for lunch and being the 3rd or 4th party up to the restaurant, the Maitre d' gave my DDs their pick of tables designed for our party size. Naturally, we got a window seat. Not sure how they handle it after the first seating.

Doesn't hurt to ask!

We had dinner ressie for 5 and we "lucked" into the window seat too! It was too cool. I forgot to ask But as we were being seated we just kept going closer and closer to the window..in my head..."OH MY GOSH!! WE'RE GETTING A WINDOW SEAT!!!" We had a lovely view of the carousel. It's definitely worth the wait!!

I will definately ask for a window seat and mention that I'll wait - I think it will be more than worth it if it's anything like you say!! It'll be our first night in WDW so it'll be PERFECT!

we had one for lunch last december and I think it was pure luck. we were also 3. the kids loved it

We've had a window seat twice - both times we were a party of two. The only other time we went it was with a party of 11. We were seated a row back from the windows. I think the smaller to party size the better the chance

We had the window seat at lunch last fall without request also. As we were being seated, the CM leaned down and told DD "I have a very special surprise for you." I couldn't believe we were given that table - I thought it was always in such demand.
