Everyday that goes by, I get closer and closer to that. I used to get up and be ready to start the day in less than half and hour. Now if I have an appointment for 10am I have to set my alarm for 6am. Who knew this would happen. For me it's just another joy of aging.

I haven't set an alarm clock for years...granted I'm now retired, but even before that, my internal clock almost always got me up before any alarm. Now, if I can sleep until 5AM, I feel pretty good about it.

But once I wake up, there's no laying in bed... my bladder sees to that! LOL The downside, of course, is trying to stay awake past 8PM!
