Requesting servers from specific countries?

I know that there have been a lot of server threads, but I was wondering if you can request servers from specific countries? I would like to be able to talk to people from countries that I would either like to visit or are planning to go to. It isn't a big deal if I can't, I was just wondering if that is possible? Can anyone recommend any good servers from the UK, Australia or South Africa? I was on a DCL cruise in December 2004 and met some awesome crew members from those countries (Marty from Australia, Michael from South Africa and Zac from South Africa, Glenn from UK). Marty was not a server, but he other three were waiters in the different lounges/bars. Anyone know who I am talking about, if they are still with Disney or on the Magic? I will be on a 7 night Eastern in September so maybe I will run into them? It is a long shot, I suppose, but if not, I am sure I will meet other special CMs that will make the trip memorable!
