OK .... Test Track complete ... I mean test complete. Booking 6 days of FP's in advance, then 3 today. Used 3 today... Booked 7th day FPs ... Then tried to get more today -- No go. It did not work.

Thanks for testing it for everyone here.

I am wondering if someone without an annual pass would add an extra day to their tickets for everyone in their party but not schedule fast passes for it, would they be able to do the same thing you just did? We have nine days already bought for July for my wife, daughter and I and to go from nine to ten days, it would cost us $32 total which would be worth it to get three extra fast passes everyday we are there.

Thoughts anyone?

@Candleshoe @Robo @ArwenMarie @DrivenByDisney: in Eddie's case, is his ability to book a new set of 3 FPs based on timing glitch + unlimited ticket entitlements + open FP availability because he selects "New FPs?"

Or, the timing glitch alone would allow Eddie to "Modify" all 3 FPs if he went into the FP area by choosing Modify even if he had no extra ticket entitlements?

With extra tickets it's best to do this:
Add phantom guests to your MDE
Reassign the tickets to them
Pre-select FPs for the phantoms
Use your FPs by tapping the tickets at the FP lines
No need to wait until later in the day if you have tickets to preselect FPs and enter the park with 6 FPs.

One ticket entitlement each. Prebook before you enter the park each day.

It has to be a ticket entitlement that is separate from your 9day Parkhopper.

Ok so that would give me six magic bands but I would only scan three of them to enter the park each day and use fast passes and just use the others for fast passes but not to enter the parks?

No. Only three MagicBands and buy 3 tickets online using a different email address.

I saw that thread but wouldn't that mean that I would have to pay approximately $300 for one day hoppers for the three phantom accounts instead of just adding on a tenth day to our current tickets and paying $32?

Yes. Adding on a day to a hopper does not allow you to double book a day.

Ok. That was my initial question. If I add an extra day to my hopper tickets that I will never use and do not have fast passes booked for, then will the system consider that the same scenario as Eddie is seeing with his AP's. If you don't think that it will work, then I won't waste the $32.

No, it more than likely won't work for you. Eddie is experiencing a timing glitch that works in his favor due to extra ticket entitlements and FP allotment. Extra MagicBands are roughly the same cost as adding on an extra day that would never be used.

So I have a day where I don't think we will hit a park ( timing with a waterpark and an ADR plus 2 small kids just don't think it will happen ). So I haven't scheduled any FP for that day ... Think this "glitch" will work for me ? I don't have an AP. Just a reg 7 day park hopper.

So - how about my scenario...
Staying 16 days onsite with an AP and I still have a non-expiring ticket with days left on it that is in my MDE. I should, theoretically, be able to do what Eddie's been doing even if I have FPs booked for all 16 days ... right?
